feat: add post-install theme switcher (archduino-theme)

Browse Source 
Add standalone theme switcher command that lets users change the global
colorscheme after installation. Updates Starship, Zellij, Lazygit, and
NvChad in one step. Includes `theme` shell alias and README docs.
