8423b73dfd chore: tighten Configuration defaults for memory and CPU 
RenderDistanceVertical 4 -> 2 (smaller vertical load box) and
WorkerThreadCount ProcessorCount-1 -> ProcessorCount/2 (less
aggressive worker pool).
